Back has No checks the corner was cut away. The sides have a knot on the edge leaving 4" good wood width pictures of both sides of the sides are shown so you can see the checks to work around, both have an end and one side has the other end.  

The back has No checks  And will just fit  dreadnought  the sides have the knot at the edge leaving 4" of width to work with  However the one side has checks at each end you will have to stabilize after bending

Back has no checks good white bait figure. One side has 2 checks. These will still bend then repair them with CA or Epoxy . it  Could still build a dreadnought .
