Ordering please send your complete name, address, and the product description used in the catalogue. There is a minimum order of $10.00

Shipping We ship parcel post , so far our packaging materials has withstood the rigors of Canadian and U.S. Parcel Post. We always insure against loss. If you prefer alternate service (expedite, courier, freight), state your preference. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, but we take care to keep them as low as we can. We have a flat rate for handling of $5.00 All orders are F.O.B. Tugaske , Saskatchewan.

Terms all orders must be prepaid in Canadian funds. We have a U.S exchange service for U.S customers

(cash , money order or personal cheque accepted) any excess is refunded or credited. Timeless also accepts Visa or Mastercard. We can ship C.O.D. in Canada Only. There is a $15.00 charge for NSF cheques. In the case of a Overseas order, we will send you a proforma invoice after receiving your order. You can then send the correct amount. Prices are subject to change without notice. Sizes are approximate.

Taxes Saskatchewan residents must add 5% P.S.T and 5% GST.  Ontario, Newfoundland and New Brunswick will be charged 13% H.S.T. P.E.I. residents will be charged 14% HST. Nova Soctia residents will be charged 15% HST. All other Canadian residents must pay 5% G.S.T. to the order. Out of Country residents are exempt form taxes, providing the order is sent out of the country.

Returns and Refunds If something arrives broken, it wasn’t sent that way. Let us know and return it; we will replace the item. If the item is not what you want, return it within 15 days and we will refund your money. For Items returned after the 15 day period; there is a 15% re-stocking charge. All shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

 

Lutherie Training Terms

A registration fee of $250.00 is required three months prior to the program to reserve a place.  This is non-refundable.  A written notice must be given as to the cancellation of registration.  Applications are accepted until the training program is full, then the next program is scheduled with the applicant unless a vacancy on the preferred date becomes open

 

The full cost of the core seven week program is $4460.00CAD, payable at the beginning of the session.  The tuition is refundable on the following basis:

 

  • 75% refunded if 10% or less of class hours are delivered
  • 40% refundred if 11-50% of class hours are delivered
  • No refund if 50% or more of class hours are delivered

Written notice of intent to discontinue training is required by the student to deliver to Timeless Instruments before refunds can be made.

 

In the case of a student missing 10 consecutive days, Timeless will notify the student of dismissal and appropriate refunds will be made.  This is due to the intense pace of training and need for perfect attendance.
