These backs were bought form a luthier in the 1980, He had them for about 10 years previous to that. David has used a few over he years and there are 10 left. That is 55 Years of aging. EIR stabilizes once it reaches 30 years.. These backs are resonant ! The two bookmatched back sets are side by side , the centre piece is on the right.
